My order no[protected], which included a bottle of very expensive wine.
The delivery of rest of the order was done except wine. I was not informed it wont be delivered nor was i given an option for substitute.
After delivery reached my home i realised the wine was not delivered and then raised the complaint.
The customer service was clueless at first, then after checking they got back that it was not delivered as shops were closed, also they delivered wrong flowers.
I did not create fuss on flowers as they delivered something in place. But i need refund for wine, i just got a one line reply no refund and we will deliver whenever shops open.

I have been constantly following up for refund and no response or acknowledgement of email.
Need help on this as i dont need a refund of a item which is of no value after the occasion is passed. This site is for occasion delivery not after. Was this information helpful? |
