I placed an order with their site for which they charged an extra fee for a fixed delivery time and we have been waiting since then, neither our order has been delivered nor they have any proper customer support service, I have been trying to reach them out on different numbers provided on their site and all of them are switched off, they do not reply on WhatsApp and their live support keeps you waiting in the queue. Since it was not delivered on time, called the customer support but very bad way of dealing, arrogant way. Worst experience.

I asked to deliver the cake on 21/05/2024, but the cake was not delivered till 5 pm, i have started calling them, but no response was received.
After that started to chat in the website, and they told me to send an email in [protected]@myflowergift.com. that too i have done.
But no response was received from their end even the delivery of cake.

I ordered a flower bouquet, with so much of expectation from this website which i have never heard before.Gave them proper address and got their confirmation that they can deliver to the same address at the time mentioned..

1. They did not deliver to my address after payment.
2.No response over whatsapp, mail, and they are not taking calls.
4. Item not received. Payment not returned.

Missed Delivery, Missed Opportunity: I ordered a specific gift combo for a special occasion, but it never arrived on time. Completely ruined the surprise!
Wrong Gift, Big Disappointment: Apparently, they don't even care about what you order. Forget the combo, they sent who-knows-what instead.
Radio Silence, Zero Support: I tried contacting customer service by email and phone. Calls went unanswered, emails vanished into the abyss. Ghosted by a gifting company? That's a new low.
This is a DISGRACE! Companies like [Gifting Company Name] prey on international customers and destroy trust

Disappointment for ordering as a birthday present. Bill for 4100 rupees. They give only 800 rupees worth. Very...very...poor service. There is no value in calling and complaining. If you order an ugly cake, wilted flowers, a teddy bear worth Rs 20, a box of chocolates worth Rs 440. They give 80 rupees worth of chocolate. What happened next. 250 rupees taken as overnight delivery charge. But no delivery at night. They tell the customer to come to the store and collect the order. Very...very...poor service from Myflower gifts. Please people don't get cheated by booking online. I am sure that Myflower gifts service is a 420 service. I inform the people in the right of being affected.

I have ordered a flower basket today & it was supposed to be delivered today by 2 PM but still I haven't received any update from your side. No one is available with whom I can communicate with regarding the same. This seems a totally fake set up.

I have ordered basket of rose with order #[protected] on 17th feb 24 and I received reply that they will deliver bunch of rose instead of basket i said it is cheating and cancel my order so they cancelled it and given written confirmation but till time i am following up for refund amount and I didn’t get. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue with my recent order. On 10th feb 2024, I placed an order for a bouquet of carnation flowers to be delivered to pincode 400091 satyasheel chs . However, upon receiving the delivery, I was dismayed to find that instead of the carnations I ordered, I received a bouquet of roses.
This error is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. As a CUSTOMER, I rely on your company to fulfill orders accurately and with CARE. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my recent order.

I demand that the following actions be taken immediately

Provide an explanation for the error and assurances that measures will be put in place to prevent such mistakes in the future.
Offer compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this error.
I expect a prompt response to this matter and swift action to rectify the situation. Failure to do so will result in further escalation of this issue, including seeking reimbursement through legal channels.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and provide an update on the steps being taken to address my concerns. And the roses you’ve sent are Dead as ### they are smelly and has ruined the whole valentines for me to be very honest i’ll not entertain this until you look into this matter. I need the full amount of my money back along with the delivery charges that you took from me in order to fulfil the ###ing time slot .Just give me my money back and you guys and piss off or i’ll take legal action against you frauds!!!

I have ordered flowers and gifts from this "my flower gift" website they have sent an email to my registered email by confirming my order, i have selected standard delivery time only 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. they haven't responded for my calls, not even emails. they didn't shipped my order. they have Live support customer support, none is useful. They won't respond to customers, they will just show your queue position is 30 that's it even time passing the queue position will never change. They just promoting their website by fake reviews. They have provided a number [protected] in the confirmation email, this number is not reachable. I am scammed by this website. Please don't trust this website...because of this website i missed an important moment and opportunity. They are scammers don't trust this website.

I have ordered through https://www.myflowergift.com/ and they have promised to deliver on time before taking payments, i have attached the chat, now they are not responding, they are not replying to email or refunding the money.

I ordered some gift my wife through my flower gift website. And I transfer money from UAE through their site. After getting the money they are not responding properly and they are asking 500 rupees extra for delivery. This is a fraud site. Please report the site from google urgently.

I have ordered bunch of roses for our anniversary. On 21st january. All addresses and details were given. Had made an online payment. But it didnot reach us. Still now 2 weeks passed the track order is pending.but it was earlier said it will be delivered within 24 hours. Very bad service. And when i contacted them for this delay they did not reach out to me. No one is responding. I emailed them . But no reply. Plz look into tjis matter. They have not yet refunded this.

Their site was showing Philippines as the delivery location so booked a cake and chocolates for a colleague

To add the chosen product to the cart thier site asked for the delivery location and it let me choose Philippines as the delivery location. It took me to the payment page and till then page NEVER PROMPTED that they WILL NOT DELIVER and WILL CHARGE ME INAPPROPRIATELY to ARM TWIST later.

I never got any update post all this and when I followed up then I got to know they will not deliver it / do not have a provision for that market.

When I asked for the refund I was not responded to initially and then I was told I will get a credit note.

I kept repeating that I do not need a credit note but a refund for NO FAULT of MINE but the INAPPROPRIATE BUSINESS practices they have.

So all in all really bad experience and no customer service

I have placed an order Order #[protected] for my 2 year old nephew's birthday and paid 250/- extra for Midnight delivery but order didn't get delivered in the night. I waited till 2AM in the night but when I got to know that order was not received, I asked for refund and birthday was over, so I dropped an Email for the same. So, they delivered it around 6PM in the evening, next day but in a very pathetic situation without my consent. They have sent foil balloon instead of normal balloon. What a kid will do with 5 foil balloons when his birthday is over? I paid for mid night delivery charges but they are neither picking up the order from the location nor replacing the order. I asked for refunding my Midnight delivery charges, but they are not ready to refund any money at all. It was the worst experience with any Delivery vendor in India. I regularly send orders FNP and Myflowertree and their service is very good but I just get confused with the same name and encountered the disgusted experience. Also, no one is picking up the call in night or next day.
