[Resolved]  My Flower Gift — Order Delivery and Refund

I am sharing my experience here which most of you may agree with and very few ( those who are lucky enough to had a chance to have a successful business with myflowergift.com) will disagree.

My friend who is residing outside India placed an order through these folks for a birthday cake delivery, but they did not deliver the cake on time and did not update anything about the delay. Upon tying to reaching out to them they did not respond back properly neither on whatsapp nor direct calls. So i was asked to check with them for any updates. And below is my unbiased ( i have never done any business with them before nor i will do in future for sure) experience.

First of all they don't have patience to address your queries if you try to reach out to their whatsapp number mentioned in their website (i.e.) [protected]. When you ask for any updates either they will not respond you back properly or they will talk very rudely and disconnect the call and will never pick your call back post that if you call them multiple times.

Secondly there is no guaranteed delivery on the time they assure you during the time of ordering. And by mistake if you try to reach out to them for any updates remember the first point i mentioned here.

Third, please read their return policy before placing the order, and don't do the same mistake my friend did. Their terms and conditions says there is no direct refunding of amount to the original source payment, instead they will say they will refund the amount as credit of myflowergift.com and we can reuse it for future orders which clearly says that customer satisfaction is not their business goal instead storing the money in their pocket which they receive once and not giving it back at any circumstances.

SO PEEPS OUT THERE ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO THINK TWICE OR THRICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
