My Flower Gift — anniversary cake and roses ordered never received

Dear sir,
I stay out of india and i had my 5th wedding anniversary on 7th dec 2019, i had ordered cake from https://www.myflowergift.com where in on the site they had mentioned the price rs 2175, rest they had mentioned they will charge extra 500 rs i said no problem but after making payment they said we will send extra link for payments which i refused and they never mentioned this earlier while on a chat online with there agent, they have spoiled my anniversary and now i am asking them to return the money but they are refusing and not even attending my issue.

Will request you to intervene and help me to get my money back. My details are given below for order number
