Have made an order online for my loved ones Birthday, the gift hasn't delivered after 2 days, also contacted via email on the next day no response.
Called the customer care, answered the call and keep quiet more than 5 minutes on the line and put down the phone, later they blocked the phone and not connecting
no response after sending so many emails, fed up with my very first order, poor customer care, as if they are thinking its there own company

They are just sending email saying they will issue a credit note for the same.
As a unsatisfied customer I don’t want the credit note, as there services are very poor. Getting a credit note from this type of companies are not worth it, so kindly advise them to give a full refund to my account
