My Flower Gift — No refund against cancelled order

I have ordered basket of rose with order #[protected] on 17th feb 24 and I received reply that they will deliver bunch of rose instead of basket i said it is cheating and cancel my order so they cancelled it and given written confirmation but till time i am following up for refund amount and I didn’t get. This is worst experience with this fraud seller.
