My Flower Gift — Online fraudulent

I Have ordered a teddy bear and chocolates for my niece from their website.I gave my address they told me they can deliver. I made payment on 19/12/2021 . My niece waited for the surprise gift from me on her birthday But they blocked me on 29/12/2021 on the day of delivery. I contacted again in another number but no response at all.

Here I am attaching the payment receipt and screenshot of chat with their customer service.
