I have paid for one of my order on 12 th January via gpay at 6.06 pm but your team said they haven't received the amount and i repaid with a link through my card and immediately sent them an email for my concern.Later i checked with gpay team and they confirmed that my payment was successful and i need to check with merchant on refund.When i called customer care team to reply my concern email sent on 12 th, Aditi spoke to me very rudely and top of that blocked my number. I called from other no. Then she said do whatever you want to do i will see what gonna happen. i have all the call recording of that lady.Flower & gifts team should know how to take customer queries and concerns as our money is at stake.Very bad attitude of Aditi and way she spoke is really very bad . Kindly revert my email asap and resolve my concern.
