My Flower Gift — Rude manner after purchase and not delivered the item

I have order flower combo for my birthday, ordered on 7th and the date of birthday in 9th, but after i paid the amount they one riya changed their attitude entirely and i tried to contact to the number which they provided and one time. Picked and a girl was online, i guess its the same riya. And she was talking like they purchased from me, and she said you are not my boss get lost and disconnected the phone. And yesterday evening received a mail that, your order not delivered as flower not available and studio closed to paste photo(i even not requested to paste photo) really embarrassing, a way business is this way ? A staff behave like this s to their customer ? I already approached my brother (advocate) for legal movement against Mr Abhishek. Owner and riya.
