My Flower Gift — scan, lines, ripoff cheating - cake not delivered

I used myflowergift.com to order and deliver a birthday cake for my brother at midnight of 13 sep 2018. I had paid the exact amount using credit card.

However, the cake was not delivered at all. Even the customer service number - [protected] is not reachable. The number is switched off.

What kind of service is this?

I need a refund otherwise i'd take to consumer court if needed.
