"I ordered flowers and chocolates as a surprise for my Mother, but ended as a surprise for me. The order never showed up and they never thought to inform the customer. When texted via WhatsApp they direct us to write an email, their WhatsApp service is just for a name sake, never enquires what, when, why we have reached out them. We have to write email inorder to get updates about the order. They just have Lame excuses, like cannot deliver to remote places which they never mentioned, with the help of pincode the order gets processed and when enquired remote place it seems. When asked about the refund they do not have refund policy they can only issue credit note. which is their technique to get us back to them. Why should I order again with them if I already have a bad experience. Beware of online orders like these. Absolutely terrible service and a waste of money.
