The bouquet i received was not in proper condition, the flowers weren't fresh, no proper wrapping, and few flowers were missing. The picture shown on the website was completely different from what i received. When i complained about the same they seemed irresponsive, i had to send multiple mails in order to get their reply and they made me wait for 2 days without any proper information about the state of my complaint. When i tried reaching over phone even there i got no response.
