My Flower Tree — cake n card not delivered order no 501580 and 501733

I have created 2 orders with my flower tree 0n 12th may 2019 on occasion of mother’s day and make as a standard delivery.

Until 09:11 pm i didn’t received my order. It was showing “in preparation” aa a status tracking since morning.
I have already paid 2120/- for both orders including delivery charges. Even they are not attending calls of customers.
Please help out of this.
