My Flower Tree — Complaint team no response

I had ordered a product named as fortunate birthday duo to be delivered on 10 june... The person has received a dead plant. The complaint was raised on 11 june but no one care to respond. I contacted customer service and they said they have already raised concerns but it's already nearly 1 month and no one came back
