I had booked order number 807536 on 09 May for same-day delivery. However, the items were not delivered. The Track status has been showing on delivery.
At 1505 I raised my complaint on chat, which was attended by Mr Promod. After taking my complaint he asked me to be put on hold.
I kept waiting for 15 minutes, after which Mr Himanshu started the chat asking for the complaint again. I gave him all the details and he also did not respond for 15 minutes.
After that Ms Shivangi came in asking for my query once again.
I wasted 45 min to get a simple answer.
