I placed the order of flowers on 8th May for “Same day delivery”. Paid money online. But till the night I didn't get any call from them, though I kept on calling but there phone was coming busy continuously.
Somehow I managed to get the customer care next day, she said that they tried but my phone was no reachable, which is a lie and I can prove that. Though I asked them to mail me the screenshot I the call of to prove that they tried calling my number. But she disconnected the phone without helping me.
I got a call from the flower vendor in 10th may afternoon to deliver the order. Now when the vendor only for the order after 2 days then how is the company claiming that they tried to deliver the order on 8th. They are not accepting that they failed to deliver the order and not cancelling my order neither giving my money back.
