I have placed an order for rakhi on 25th august and supposed to be delivered on 26th august. Now it is 26th august 8:00pm and the order has not been delivered till yet. There is noone from customer care who can take up my mail follow up or can pick up the call. Also they didn't even updated my order status from last 24hours. I do not have cancel option for my order also.
