My Flower Tree — my order no.500677 not delivered

I had placed order to my tree for flowers and cake on mother's day vide order no. 500677 with taxation id - 500677 for amount of rs.1044. Payment receipt confirmation is received but till now thw order has not been delivered at the deisred location at raipur (C. G.)
Since the order was not deilvered i want the amount paid for the order to be reimbursed to my card/ account.
