Sir/Madam,
I have ordered 3 items from MyFlowerTree online .which includes 1 Cake, 1 Gift Card and 1 mix rose bouquet on occasion of valentine day 14th Feb 2019 and suppose to be delivered on same day. But even today while I am writing this to you at 8.56 PM 15th Feb 2019 my order still not delivered. I am I have email to their customer support but got no response. Even the customer care number is invalid and some numbers are not reachable.
Kindly help me . It harassed me mentally . I need my money back and strict action against them. Was this information helpful? |
