[Resolved] My Flower Tree — never received goods and services and right expectations were not set | |||||
I placed an order with my flower tree on father\’s day for same day delivery option. I placed an order and made the payment. I did not hear from anyone, the very next day i recived an email from their team stating the delivery will be attempted today. Since no one was available there the order was declined. I tried reaching to them regarding this but i hear nothing apart from \”that the order was declined by the recipient so nothing can be done now\” My concern is i never received the goods and services as promised. The right expectations were not set, if they were having delays in getting order delivered it should have been mentioned on their website or someone should have dropped a text and an email or call to let me know within the time so that i can cancel my order right there. My order id with them is #377984 They are frauding people by not providing goods and services and after that not refunding the amount and keeping it with themselves. I want to file a complaint against them for defrauding people and keeping their money and not setting right expectations Was this information helpful? | |||||
