My Flower Tree — no response, wrong information

My parents anniversary is over. The bouquet with vase had to reach by 3. The whole program is over. U people refund my money. 3 hrs back yr people texted that it is out for delivery. I shall move to consumer court seriously if refund is not provided. The customer care people snaps d line on their own will. The online order is changed without informing the customer. When this is mentioned i get no response.
They keep saying that d order is out for delivery but from 2.15 to 6.40 as d time is at present my old mother has not yet received the gift. What is the need for such companies when the senior citizens are not cared for???
