My Flower Tree — non receipt of ordered gift despite paying for it

Hi i ordered on 13th feb for delivery of flower and chocolates to my husband. The delivery was to be done on 14th feb. I paid for it online and my order no was 626492. The order was never delivered, however in the website it is showing delivered. I have called multiple times and every time they tell me they will mail me or call me back with proof of delivery. Its being 3days chasing them however no use. I request to refund my money.

I have ordered flower bucket and chocolates on 14feb 2020 but still yet not delivered mention address u feel like fraud company and you have no emotion for customer your services is very bad not for favour in customer.
Road side flower men also better then you company and services and they committed to deliver but your commitment are fakes..

I have ordered a cake for valentines 14 feb 2020 and i have recived no call or any query about my order . company claim that they will deliver the cake in 3 hours but they are not giving any information . i have paid them 948 but now half of the day is over and now delivery is worthless so i want them to refund me my money back .
