I ordered a gift for my wife on her bday as we were having some issues .I was sure that will make her happy. Bday was on 19th and I ordered on 18 in advance so the gift will reach on 19th. It was saying 3 hour guarantee delivery.i gave her office address.but it was not delivered till 3.so I called them to deliver early but they didn't bothered. Office got closed at 6 so I requested them to deliver at home and changed the address still they didn't delivered it. At 1030 they called and said they are standing near office.i said who wud be there at 10 they refused to deliver it at home.so I requested to cancel and they went home.there was no use giving gift after the bday.next day I called them to refund the amount but they just lingered on my complaint.and now they are saying they can't refund as delivery was attempted. And there is no proof that delivery was attempted or not.still the delivery not returned but they r saying it can't be refunded.they have ruined my relationship and is harassing by continuously declining my refund.they have not delivered on time and now not refunding as well. They have taken advance payment and not delivered on time. Why wud I take the delivery after the bday was over. Now they are not responding to my calls and declining my refund request.

10 days to this complaint but still no response from anyone from my flower tree. Disgusting.the order was paid in advance on 18 but still no refund or any response from their side.
