My Flower Tree — not delivered the order on time and delivered wrong order

I ordered a cake, flowers and gift on their same day delivery and got no update the whole day on whether its delivered or not. Towards the end of day the delivery date changed to the next day. Tried to contact them on phone, chat, email, but no response. And finally when they delivered it, they delivered the cake with a weong message. It looked like someone else's order. Such pathetic delivery and unprofessional service. I am extremely disappointed and will never ever order from them. Will not recommend to anyone also. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
