My Flower Tree — Not received the item and it shows deliver but not

Please help my order num is 1005023 i have order on 14 th but today is 15 till now even i have nt received the order now its shows deliver but i have not got atlist they should call the reciptant but i have not got any call even i waited alot for my gift but i have not received how they can show deliver i called many times to service team but no response please help me to confirm where my order gone? How they can handle like this even i have done chat also but no response.. they do the fraud also took the extra payment for express delivery but today is 15 not received anything i have order for ruppes 1300 i have all receipt but not deliver please help i wil be thankful for the confirmation its my humble requst to get solve this complaint
