I ordered a gift to my friend on feb 12, 2020 order no. 624520 which was supposed to deliver on feb 14, 2020 at midnight for which they have charged extra from me. After taking online payment they are not responding to e-mails, messgaes, chats, calls etc. Without making any attempt to deliver the product they have rescheduled it to deliver on feb 15, 2020 by giving a single message they have rescheduled my order and now without giving any information or any attempt to deliver the product they have again rescheduled it to be delivered on feb 16, 2020. I am feeling cheated and now i have no hope that they will deliver the product. So i will request the forum to ask them to return my money. My order no. Is 624520.
