My Flower Tree — Order not delivered, They collected Money sis not deliver, I will register a case against them

On the Occasion of Mother's Day on 8th May 2022, I had Placed order for Flowers and Cake to be delivered to my Mother. My order No. 1039590 is not Delivered till Date, I had tried to reach their contact number which is Constantly busy and not reachable, I have sent numerous messages asking for refund.. No action till date. Request to initiate suitable action against these fraudsters
