I have done pre booking of a cake on 21st may but I didn't get the my cake. I have special occasion on 23rd may.. after attempting several attempts, they didn't even inform me about the delaying service.. when I spoke the customer care representative she told me.. you chose standard delivery time.. it means it's not a fixed delivery time..however we are trying to give u a best service. I don't understand how this can be customers mistake.. I booked my order 2 days before of delievery date and i also select the time between 3pm to 9 pm .. i am in touch with customer care representative from last 3-4 hrs. All they are saying your order is on the way.. they are liar.. atleast as a service provider they should tell us that service is got delayed so we can arrange the cake from somewhere else but they didn't do anything except making fool to their coustomer and spilling there special occasion.
After raising my concern I got the mail around 9;45pm that the delivery boy is met with an accident so they are scheduling my order for 24th May ( I mean seriously what kind of service they are providing... They do not care about the customer as well as they employees. A big liar.. where there customer care representative has no reason why my order got delayed...she is busy to blaming customer and on another place other one is telling us lie about the accident.
The whole day.. i didn't get my order. I told the customer care representative, i dont want the order.. i need my money back and her reply was I cannot help you in this.. please contact to the complaint team. What you are doing then... And till then in which department i am talking?
Today morning 24th May I got the mail from the myflowertree, that they are going to delieverd my order today itself in between 8am-12pm.
First of all I want the birthday cake for 23rd may which you're delivered to failed.
2nd thing I told u in advance, i don't want ur service kindly return my money but you guys didn't care about your customer... You rescheduled it for 24th May
3. And as expected, they don't even delieverd the product on 24th May 2022 and don't even inform the customer.
Worst experience I have ever had. My mistake was before ordering the cake, I should check the reviews of the company.
Now only resolution is I want my money back and if it's not possible for you guys then keep it.
I just want to tell the other customers kindly do not order from them even if they are providing service free of cost.
