I ordered cake 2Kg Theme cake for my guests at home vide order #940824 dated 24th November 2021 with My Flower Tree website.
Initially the order was delayed, but later when I checked the status It showed delivered.
when I tried reaching the customer support on[protected], no one responded so filed online complaint. But the support team only responded as below

Even no responses to my post, neither any call from the support team for any resolution. I can only consider it as cheating with the customers, as these are online platforms and there is no way I can go and speak with anyone for the resolution.
