It is disheartening that i could not surprise my love on the ocassion of valentine day because of your poor service. I have ordered some gifts from my flower tree and they confirmed and payment done. I could not track my order as it showed out for delivery everytime i checked but undeliverd yet. Now i don't want it to be delivered now and refund my money back. Order no.467756. I am very annoyed with this pathetic service. Also there was nobody to take your complaint as the contact number given by them are wrong. I shall never order from them.
