My Flower Tree — product delivery

I ordered a rakhi pack on 25th august 2018 at 19:19 pm and mistakenly I chose the date(25th august 2018) and time scheduled was 07:00 to 09:00 am.
Neither did I get the product delivered next day and nor I was able to contact help desk/customer care.
The amount of order was of 1090 INR which was paid by card.
I want my money back.
Otherwise I am gonna report it online evrywhere on social sites.

Worst and pathetic kind of service. I've been calling and messaging since 4 days but no proper response. Even the customer support guys talk to you in a rude manner. I got the delivery in the wrong address. It's just a waste of time, money and you lose your patience ta the end.
Was the product delivered finally? Please reply. I fear im about to lose about 4 grands now
