My Flower Tree — product not delivered. lost money

Delivery of my flower tree order no. 394003 was scheduled on 22 august 2018 and haven't delivered it yet. Delivery was to kerala and order contained cakes, flowers and chocolates.

Received several mails saying "your order is running on time"; unfortunately nothing happened.

Customer service is poor and they haven't even tried to resolve the issue.

I have booked a rakhi gift from my flower tree.com with order id # 403754, made payment of Rs. 595 and have received message from the bank that the amount has been debited, however i have received email that payment has not been made and the gift has not yet been delivered. I have called customer care, but nobody is answering my call.
