[Resolved] My Flower Tree — Product Not delivered, No response from customer care, No re-fund. | |||
Hi, I had ordered a Rakhi combo on 3rd of August'20 from myflowertree.com site since they were providing same day delivery. However they are failed to deliver the order and updated a false status in the tracking system that "Delivery attempted". First of all I would like to inform you that it is very very difficult to connect their support team. However we are able to connect them on 4th Aug'20 after a long wait.Call center support guy assured us that order will be delivered on 4th Aug'20 before 9 PM. Again a false commitment and wrong status update. When we again made a attempt to contact, they are started fooling us saying call is not reachable. While we have provided 2 different contact numbers to them. How is it possible that all 2 numbers are not reachable and did that delivery guy only made a single attempt to all 2 numbers?? I again tried contacted on 5th August 2020 and the answer from support team was due to COVID-19 there is a restriction in delivery so it was not delivered. Two different answers from support team one saying delivery attempted but not reachable and another saying due to COVID-19 there is delay in delivery. I had received a call on 5th August 2020 evening saying that product is not available and the person is saying they will not refund the amount. Upon trying many times customer care person told he will assure that correct product will be delivered. But Delivery didn't happen on 5th August 2020 and received an email stating that Successfully Delivery attempted but no delivery attempt was done on 5th August 2020. On 6th August 2020, upon trying many times the customer care person listened issue and told she will check and come back and kept my call on hold but she disconnected; tried again the same person answered the call and disconnected without hearing anything.
