I have ordered flowers and cake on the mother's day occasion and i took the standard delivery. It has to be delivered by 9 pm on 12th may, 2019. They didn't deliver it and sent a message stating that "your order with my flowertree has been attempted at 7:54 pm. We will re-attempt the delivery tommorow."
I have given two numbers, they even didn't try to call at any number. Just for the sake of their solution they have sent this message.
I tried to call their customer care number and most of the time it comes out to be busy, mistakely one time my call get connected and for one hour the message was "my call was in a queue and will be answered shortly". I am having recording of it. Even after that i tried to see their email i'd which is not there at any place.
I am not sure if you can't deliver the things why your company take such orders which are specific to day and contains a great importance in someone's life. Now, there is no any benefit even if they are going to deliver it tommorow.
I want get my money 1293/- rs back and i want to say that your company's service is having the worst service i have ever used till today.
