I have brought a gift for myflowertree site and then due to some unavoidable reasons I cancelled my order. Then they refunded my money but they transfer it to myflowertree wallet only. I asked them to transfer it to my bank account but denied doing so. I discussed a lot with them but they are not ready to transfer my wallet money to my bank account and even they are telling that you can use that wallet money anytime on this site in buying anything. But I will never buy anything from there site again as they are fraudsters and have a very bad refund policy. So I want my money back in my bank account. Please help me with this and take the required action. For this I will be grateful to you.
