I ordered a cake on 11th November, 2022 (Order No.1103687) to be delivered on 12th November, 2022 and also opted for a Happy Birthday tag. I opted for standard delivery between 8 am to 12 noon. On 12th Nov, around 11 am, I received a call from delivery boy, confirming my address and availaibility at the given address. At exactly 12 noon, I received an SMS and an Email that my product has been delivered, but it was not. When I called the delivery boy, he fumbled and said that he updated the app with delivered by mistake and the cake will be delivered soon. It was finally delivered around 1.15 pm., without the birthday tag ordered for and a shoddy presentation, minus a candle or a knife. Meanwhile, I wished to bring this unethical practice to the notice of customer support. I rang up their customer care no. [protected] twice on 12th Nov. On both occasions, my call was on hold for 5 minutes, without being answered.
I registered a complaint on their website and since then, have been receiving an auto-generated template response that they tried reaching out to me at my contact no but I did not answer the call, which is a blatant lie. There was no call from MyflowerTree whatsoever. And each time I respond back to this template response in the Message box provided, I receive the same auto-generated template as a response. I find this company to be a fraud, unethical and unprofessional in their approach Was this information helpful? |
