I place an order[protected] for the cake delivery today at pincode 284301. After confirming multiple times with support contacts that the order will be surely delivered, I placed the order. I invested my many precious hours into continuous follow ups with chat support and call support.
They kept on telling me that I will receive the order. At the end, a surprise mail comes with a mere excuse that the delivery can’t take place today as the delivery guy met an accident.
Please provide me with the proof of the accident with the evidence containing the date/timestamp.
I am left with no options now to use some other service as the day has come to an end…
I have read hundreds of similar cases on google reviews which was shocking.
If you don’t care about people’s emotions then you should probably not run this business.
There are problems on so many levels. Your support teams are not even connected with each other and don’t have any information( except for saying we can’t do anything, SORRY)
I hope you have time to address this issue.
