My Flower Tree — Wrong Product was delivered

There were 5 flowers + couple pictures on my ordered Mug but There is no flowers picture on the received Mug. Even, the price of my order is higher than the received Mug on their official website. I requested My Flower Tree team to replace the Mug as per my order but the team of My Flower Tree just simply replying that "as per their records, order is already delivered". But they are not focusing for the wrong product delivery. Completely worst service received from My Flower Tree.
