Order no. 1131654 was delivered wrong product. Actually, there are 5 flowers + couple picture on my ordered Mug but there is no any flowers on my received Mug. Even colour of the received Mug is also completely different from the ordered Mug. Price of the ordered Mug is higher than the received Mug on their official website. When I raised complaint to My Flower Tree, their team just simply replying that "as per their records, product has been delivered " but they are not focusing on my request that wrong product was delivered and to be replaced as per my order.
Completely worst service from My Flower Tree. Cheating to the customers. Charging higher amount and delivering cheaper quality products.
I am expecting to get the correct Mug which I ordered from My Flower Tree.
