Please don't fall for them, they have policy so that on cancellation you get 0 refund. I lost to them 13000/- which asked by Manjula, in 5000/- and 8000/- . Due to some health reasons I had to cancel my trip. They gave me 0 refund on cancellation and showed their cancellation policy terms.Also offered credit note of 5000/- so that I can get discount on next trip with them. I feel cheated by this company. They still holding my money and not returning . Even goibibo returned 60% on cancellation of flight. Please don't fall for such travel packages .We can our self plan the trip. I need my money back. Package cost : 20800 Package booking date : 04/11/2016 Package cancellation date : 28/11/2016 Please help me get the fill refund in money form itself. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 12, 2017 My Happy Journey Customer Care's response HiThanks for ur mail As per ur issues. You cancell the package in last moment and we already paid for hotels and book some hotels which are non refundable. So how u can blame. Book a flight which is non refundable and u cancel the trip and blaming airline is not right. | |||||
