My Happy Journey — worst experience

Worst experience ever!!! Poor customer handling skills. I can write a page about my experience with these people. I booked a international package with my happy journey last month and below is my experience shared.
1. They shared the iternary at the last moment and that too after me following up thrice.
2. They missed dinner cruise from the iternary which was promissed to be included. Later i called them and asked them to include, they did.
3. The hotel room provided to us was in top floor where the construction was still going on.
4. As per our iternary we had pick up for dinner cruise on 25-sep-18 @ 6pm. Me & my husband were ready and waiting for the driver to pick up at the hotel lobby, we waited till 6.30pm. No clue if the driver would be cumin or not. We called up my happy journey and spoke to ajit, informed him no one has come to pick us up and we are waiting here since 40 minutes, he tells me sorry it's rescheduled to tomorrow. The whole evening was wasted for what they did.
5. Also they missed to show us a beautiful place which was included in our iternary that was grand palace. We asked the guide when are u taking us for grand palace and she informed it's not included in her iternary. I showed the iternary email to her and said, look!! It's included. She told to speak to my happy journey agent, as it was not informed to her about grand palace and she refused to take us. When i called back my happy journey and spoke to ajit, he told sorry for the miss, we will re-emburse the money.!! Boss, i did not want ur money back!! I wanted to see the place. Do u know how it feels when u spend so much, to see some country and come back without seeing the main attractions???
6. Once i was back, i started to follow up with them for re embursememt of money for grand palace, trust me i called them more than 50 times, i swear. Every time i call them only i get to hear is sorry we will do it today and finally they took a month to transfer 2000 rs.
I had plans to book for dubai, if things and experience were good with them!! But now it's definitely a big 'no". I wish i could give theme a negative rating than 1 star.
