My Mantra Shopping — Neither product delivered nor amount refunded | |||||
With reference to my previous complaint dated 10th nov'2015, till the time neither product delivered whatever they offered nor my amount refunded. They are cheating people. First they told me to take back my complaint and will deliver the product but after that they provided me docket no. Z71141029 but on searching this no. on DTDC courier tracking, consignment no. was not available. Then I called again to refund my amount but they are not responding.
