Dear Sir, i Got call From[protected] by Representative name Mr. Devesh patel. behalf of http://mymantrashoping.com. and he offer me Combo offer of Phone in which they include One Samsung Core Mobile, Bag, Card Holder and Rey Ban Goggle. Also they Offer a free Gift of Samsung A5 Mobile. As per his commitment i will pay Rs.8, 999/- for Combo offer and also they will take Rs.18, 999/- against free Gift on Refundable Bassis. We will pay the Money but after that no correspondence from their side. When i call them no proper feedback is given by them. On Saturday 26th Nov 15, I receive courier in which they will send one Local Mobile with Low Quality Belt, Goggle and Watch having invoice Value of Rs, 5, 700/- i send them Photographs of Wrong Mterial and also Scan copy of Invoice on their Mail ID. But till today no response from them. Even repeated call on their Mobile No. no one is give us the Proper ans. Also i could not get the Refund Amount of Rs.18, 999/-which will be paid against Free Gift. We are requested to Look into the Matter Pl do the Needful Nilesh N.
