MyMantraShoping.com — Online product not received even i paid all money

I received call for online shopping from merchant MyMantraShoping. I select there online offer from there website and made the payment from my Debit card of Rs. 29.990=00. Last 1 month I am following them for product or refund of my paid amount, but they are not taking any action and giving false commitments. I called up the website call center many times but every time they give silly excuses. I even check with EBS gateway to know my payment status and as per there information the payment is transferred to Merchant (MyMantraShoping) on date 5th December 2015. Please help me to get my money refund. Hi,

I received call from some of sales executive regarding my money refund, but they are still not willing to refund my money and trying to take more money from me. They want me to generate go to ATM and swipe my debit card again to receive money. Which i don't understand why they want me to swipe my debit card again. I have given them my bank account number and the IFSC code of my branch. Its simple to transfer though NEFT but they are again giving some sill reasons. Is there any legal way where i can register my complaint and take legal action against MyMantra. I am willing to register a case against the merchant. Please guide me for that.
