My Money Mantra — Fake commitment by company executive Aditya ([protected])

I applied for a personal loan and all documents were collected by their executive. I received a call from their executive Aditya ([protected]) and he told me that 3000/- Big Bazar Copoun will provide me after disbursal but I have not received any coupon after two month. I have called Aditya several times, messaged him to tell status, but never received any reply.
Seriously fake commitments, fake people hired by them.
I am seriously frustrated with the type of service and fake promises that have been given to me. I want my money to be refunded ASAP.
