This company is fraud.
Suddenly one day i got some credit card type from this company
I have never heard about this company and i have never shared any details of mine to this company but still they have my name, address mobile no. Everything.
When i ask them how they got the number the response was i have only shared it but when i ask them how and when i have shared that information they are not providing by saying its against their policy.
This is a serious threat as my details are with them without my concern and they are not also sharing the source if i have only shared the details. Which means they do buy this data or steel this data.

I got a call from one of their executive regarding sbi credit card, once i said no she started threatening about my cibil score and their politeness turned in to rudeness after hearing no. She started talking rudely like i did commit a crime saying a big no. Then fell into an abusive argument, the government of india should take a measure step towards this fraud companies existing in india. There is no provision for data privacy in india. From where did they get my number. They are using our data for their own benefits without having our consent.

Had approached mymoney mantra for home loan and it was assured Basis by mymoney mantra team member Mr. avinash khurana after discussing my requirements and looking at the documents, that there would not be any concern in getting the loan sanctioned within the expected timelines and the installments paid within last 12 months would be refinanced

Further all the information w.r.t the present and past professional engagements, financial details and other details / clarifications as sought by my money mantra team were discussed / provided over call and also during personal visit with by the my money mantra executive before handing over the documents. It was only post assurance from my money mantra team that no preliminary discussion is required with the lending bank and there would not be any concern in sanction of the loan within expected timelines and on further assurance that the cheque is collected to meet procedural compliance and convenience, but the cheque would be deposited only after sanction of the loan else the cheque would be refunded, the cheque were provided along with the documents for loan processing.

Inspite of repeadeted followups with avinash and his team there was no satisfactory response and loan processing was getting delayed. Also a request was made to the team that in case its not feasible that please let me know as my home loan installment is already overdue and i am supposed to pay penal interest and further requested not to further process the loan and refund the cheque amount as the purpose of taking the loan was defeated due to non commitment of my money mantra team.

It was only on personal assurance from mymoneymantra team post sending the mail, that the cheque would be refunded no further action was taken to stop the cheque payment. But its surprising that after sending the mail communication the cheque has been en cashed and latter on the loan is rejected by DHFL without any communication or stating any reason either from mymoneymantra team or DHFL

Have subsequently send many reminders to avinash and team, and also registered a complaint on their customer care and website, but seems like they are least bothered.

Surprised that such a large organisation could also be such non responsible and would go to any extent to take out money from the customers...

On 14 march mr. Prashant (As communicated to us as a citi bank employee) initiated a deal to sanction od limit (Rate 8.5%p. A.) to our company against property.

After this he came up along with mr saurabh who presented his id card of citi bank and also confirmed that mr. Prashant works under him (When we enquired about his post). We submitted documents as a standard procedure for loan approval.

After property evaluation and submission of documents we waited and got no revert and they stopped taking our calls. (Mr prashant and mr. Saurabh.)

Thereafter we get to know that our loan gets rejected and that loan approval was processed via mymoneymantra. When we enquired further mr. Saurabh accepted that deal was mymoneymantra, giving us a reason that mymoneymantra is our channel partner.

We believe that there was some scam (Commissions involved) which was going on between prashant from mymoneymantra and saurabh from citi bank because of which our file got rejected.

We never approached mymoneymantra and never accepted these any term to involve a third party in our deal. Mr saurabh and mr prashant never cleared that this deal contains a broker. They framed their identities and misused our documents (Without our consent).

Vishal Nishal ( told me as AVP in mymoneymantra ), even don't know how to behave with customers and what are commitments. He was making me fool for my Home Loan from last 2-3 days. even his channel partner was asking for a bribe of rs 60000/- that i[censored] pay will make your laon sanctioned in 2-3 days. I told vishal about this he said to ignore. And today as per vishal commitment he said there is no commitment from my side and commitment doesn't matters, he today itself behave very rudely and channel partner also with abusive language and said don't call us for loan now. I m worried I had provided my docs to your team now this kind of people will misue my papers.

After lapse of one month order of around 10000 rupees which i paid in advance through my pnb debit card i just not received my booking clothes which i had to wear in my friends marriage. Very fake site i had a bad experience with myntra 3 years back but i think it must be improved. I am a regular customer of online shopping with amazon and it has a great experience with them. My money mantra as name suggests it's totally opposite of that. I applied loan in july and by the end of september i haven't recieve any loan from this blady organisation. Everytime they are asking new documets after submittin each n every documents twice..

There representative don't know how to talk with customer they are highly in professional and they don't know proper english as well. There representatives think that they are working like a ceo.

So please be aware for such organisation i would advice to apply loan directly from bank they will give you cheap roi as compare to this fake organisation.

Sending this to multiple people as i am unknown about the hierarchy that side.

I have applied for personal loan of amount 7 lacs through mymoneymantra. I am writing to register a complaint against my money mantra people for misleading and mis-selling which has resulted into harassment/financial loss. They committed to provide loan amount in 4 days and finally i got that in 20 days. As a result, i had to sell my car as i have committed my creditors based on mymoneymantra’s commitments.

Please see the day-wise details below and how creatively people have cheated me.

(Wednesday) got a call for personal loan from ms. Mahi verma with an attractive roi 10.75% and the processing fee would be 1% and she can provide almost half waiver on that. She also committed that i will get the disbursed amount maximum by tuesday (29th aug).
I needed fund in emergency so i accepted and confirmed to provide documents the next day. I was impressed and thought to clear my debts in one go.
I committed my creditors to pay them by wednesday 30th aug.
2 24th aug 2017
(Thursday) i have been requested to send all document on email as i was busy to provide them in person.

Sent a mail to [protected]@gmail.com with my salaray slips, bank statement, aadhar, pan, passport, company id and a picture.
I called ms. Mahi and again checked about roi and processing fee. She again committed me that the roi would be 10.75% processing fee would be 4000 after waiver and disbursement would be done by tuesday. All docs sent in one go and loan should be processed as discussed.
3 25th aug 2017
(Friday) my kyc details have been confirmed and kyc identifier is [protected]. I got this message from ms. Mahi verma ([protected]) i again called ms mahi to confirm the status of my application. She said your application is approved and yes bank has confirmed to provide 10.75 % roi and 1% processing fee.
To get more clarification she connected me to her boss mr. Gaurav ([protected]). Mr. Gaurav confirmed me the same information and guaranteed me to get the things done at the earliest and he can be contacted for any further assistance. Oh, so boss is also saying same stuff, that means everything is right and moving as per commitments.
I committed my creditors again for 30th aug.

(Monday) nothing happened i called to check status and got the confirmation that by wednesday (30th sept) i will get disbursement i had a doubt, how would they do it. But still in full trust.
5 29th aug 2017
(Tuesday) nothing happened i called ms. Mahi and she confirmed me by wednesday the loan would be disbursed. Fake commitment. My trust is fading down by now.
6 30th aug 2017
(Wednesday) nothing happened i called mr. Gaugav to get my status and he said because month-end we are too busy to complete this file on time so i will get the disbursement by friday (1st sept 2017). And he lied here, means they are not bothered about my loan. Then why the committed me earlier.
I had to call my creditor and i begged for 2 more days.
7 31st aug 2017
(Thursday) an executive was supposed to come to office to collect 6 checks and sign on agreement letter.
Nothing happened nobody came and i was calling mahi and gaurav again and again, but no response.
I was waiting for an executive whole day and he never appeared. I got frustrated but helpless as i had no other option to get funds.
8 1st sept 2017
(Friday) that # executive is still on some road and he is not able to reach me as he have some more urgent stuffs to complete. Nothing happened.
Nothing happened poor me, like a pillar-to-post runner, was calling mahi and gaurav again and again but none of them was curious enough to pick-up my call. Both of them were busy till 8 pm in some stupid meetings. I don’t understand how can a company stay busy in meeting and don’t attend clients call..
Am i important for them or their meeting???

(Monday) the same executive might have lost in some continent, so he couldn’t reach me in 4 quality days
Nothing happened ms mahi and mr gaurav (Who never picks his call) are still confident enough to get my loan disbursed by next day with 10.75 % roi and 4000 processing fee. By now i was frustrated and then i requested to cancel my application as i was in need of cash on seriously urgent basis. Mahi requested to provide 1 more day. My creditors started calling me again and again..
I committed 6th sept to them this time.
10 5th sept 2017
(Tuesday) after calling the executive personally i got to know that he is coming in 1 hour to my office.
After 1 hour his number was not reachable and then i got to know later that he quit his job.
Ms mahi somehow managed to get some another executive to reach my home in evening i provide 6 pdc’s and signed on an agreement form.
Mahi confirmed me again that she will get this loan disbursed by tomorrow with committed roi and pf. I committed 6th sept to them this time.
It feels like whole business of my money mantra is depending on road runner executive, if there is no executive to pick up checks and documents.
11 6th sept 2017
(Wednesday) mahi confirmed me that i will get the disbursement by today eod.
I got a call from yes bank sales (Rahul mahajan) and shockingly he confirmed me that they are willing to disburse my loan with 13.65% roi and 1.25% processing fee.
I told mahi either get it disbursed today or cancel the loan. She agreed.
Everybody was saying that loan is disbursed but where the hell is money..?? After 15 days of my application, i got to know that i had to pay 13.65 % roi and 1.25 % processing fee. How come the my money mantra people were so confirmed to provide me 10.75 roi.
I was helpless by this time as i needed money in emergency and i didn’t have more time to provide pl docs to somewhere else and run pillar to post again for a fortnight.
So, i helplessly accepted the pl disbursal keeping in mind to get the money by eod today as confirmed. What the hell mymoneymantra was doing with my documents from last 15 days? That means it’s the first time my docs were reviewed by bank, then how come mahi said that my loan is approved on 25th with 10.75 roi and 1% pf with 50% waiver.

(Thursday) nothing happened
I called mahi to cancel the loan, as i have decided to sell my car.
Mahi told me that she have asked her boss to cancel and mr gaurav sent a mail for cancellation. She confirmed me that loan is cancelled from their side.
Mr. Gaurav never picks his call and he was damm seriously busy in celebrating his birthday outside from office.
I requested mahi to get him connected to me but poor employees don’t have much courage to talk to their boss for work on his birthday.
Rahul mahajan the sales team in yes bank confirmed me to provide funds by eod.
And poor me, eagerly waiting for money. Finally i decided to sell my car to get immediate funds. Requesting my money mantra to provide official leave to their employees on their birthdays, anyhow they don’t work on birthdays. And some culprits don’t even pick phone calls.
13 8th sept 2017
(Friday) nothing happened

I asked mahi to forward me the cancellation mail that is being sent to bank. But then i got to know that no such mail was ever drafted. It was again a fake statement.

Mahi committed me that she cant do anything for roi now, but she will definitely provide me the guaranteed processing fee and that was 4000 rs. Called gaurav more than 20 times and i think he was still in his birthday hangover.
Called mahi to get justification and she too was so helpless to help me.
Called mr. Rahul mahajan and he confirmed me that i will get the funds in 1 hour.
Called mr. Rahul after 1 hour and he also stopped picking my phone.. I called that # almost 10 times.
Ultimately i had to sell my car as i have committed my creditors for payment today. A painful day for me, as i sold my loving car on cars24.com.
This is just because of selfish and hungry for sales people in my money mantra. By now, apart from monetary loss, they have ruined all my happiness
14 11th sept 2017
(Monday) after making 100 calls to every counterparts, finally the loan amount is credited to my account.
But the story doesn’t end here, they have deducted around 11000 as processing fee. I called mahi to refund me remaining 7000 as committed. She said she will talk to mr. Gaurav and he will do the needful. But again poor employees did not get any chance to talk to their boss throughout the day. I called her again in evening but useless.
Finally i called gaurav and he picked this time. After a long rubbish conversation he refused to do anything in my case and he denied to work on all previous commitments. Height of mis-selling,
Height of hiding things, height of ignorance, height of fake commitments, height o[censored]nresponsiveness.

(Today) i am writing the whole story to get the justification. Keeping in mind that there is somewhere, someone must be responsible enough to take ownership of all this and will diligently work to get the justification in this case.

By morning at nearly 10p.30am they called me and said dubai employers are seeking for new math teacher and it is highly shortlisted

Don't do delay to apply for best jobs offering to you and demand to pay 4500rs first as registration fee

Then later for documents verification fee they said me to pay 8500rs

Finally to get confirmation fee for my employee visa 11500rs

Even they said 8500rs +11500rs employers company will refund to me after job confirmation.

Please please please as early as possible take action sir please sir.

Would like to register complaint against My Money Mantra for misleading and mis-selling which has resulted into harassment/financial loss.

Last year I had availed personal from HDFC bank through Ms Priya and Mr Nitn at My Money Mantra. In the month of April 2017 I was approached by Ms Priya and her lady boss Soni Kaur to transfer my outstanding loan amount (both of HDFC and Bajaj) to Kotak bank st lower rates offered. She also confirmed that there will not be any foreclosure charges if I transfer my loan to Kotak. In good faith I had given all the documents for processing and loan amount of Rs.20 lakhs got sanctioned and disbursed on May 1st. The problem started when I was asked by Kotak Bank executive to provide foreclosure letter since they issue payment directly to bank /financial institution where from they acquire the loan. Just to understand and to be on safer side I written a mail to Bajaj and HDFC and I came to know that I will have to pay good amount of foreclosure charges. On having asked Priya and her senior the reason for giving wrong statement about foreclosure charges they failed to provide any valid reasons and kept on saying that there is still no foreclosure charges and made me run from pillar to post to get the charges waived ( I have all the communication records with me). After exchanging number of mails I managed to get charges waiver at Bajaj and my loan got foreclosed on 13th but had to follow HDFC Bank for long who finally informed that I will have to pay the foreclosure charges since the loan was booked under scheme where if my loan gets paid off by some other bank (under balance transfer) and if I pay the foreclosure amount from my own funds there will be no charges. I requested Kotak to transfer funds to my saving account enabling me to pay the amount without any charges and they finally transferred funds to my saving account and I closed my loan account with HDFC. Since the Kotak disbursed my loan of 20 lakhs on May 1st which actually got disbursed on 23rd, I have been charged interest by both HDFC and Kotak till 23rd and by Bajaj till 13th. I requested management at My Money Mantra to compensate interest for the period (Interest charged by HDFC from May 1st till 23rd May and by Bajaj from May 1st till May 13th) due to misrepresentation of facts by employees at My Money Mantra for the sake of business. Why as a customer I should suffer because of wrong acts and practice by employee of My Money Mantra who did it just for the sake of business only. It's a case of cheating. I also instructed Kotak not to process my loan without my consent but they also ignored my request and disbursed the amount. It's the modus operandi of executives of My Money Mantra and Kotak Bank to display the disbursement values at month end by providing wrong information to customer.

I am still chasing My Money Mantra for the compensation as above and to get a revert about action taken against the erring staff but they are least bothered and don't intent to do anything. Please note that I have all the recording of my communication with executives of My Money Mantra wherein they kept on confirming about nil foreclosure charges at HDFC and Bajaj.


As management (Mr Sanjeev and Mr Raj) of My Money Mantra failed to revert and did not take any action, I am forced to approach you to get the compensation..

My name is Manish Yadav, I had some loan from Axis Band to pay. It was arround 75 Thousand (Done via Credit card). I would get several calls from the bank and from other third party recovery team asking me to pay outstanding, They threatened me as well. He came to my office and made me sure that the matter would be settled by Paying him 25 thousand. He promised me to get it done in 2 days removing my name from CCBL catogory. I paid him on 14th July 2015 cash in hand, after that day he doesn't even reply over whats app not receives my calls. Am pretty sure I have lost that 25 Thousand. He has done a fraud with me. Still am geting continuous calls from the third party to recover the amount from me. I want somebody to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

I am Chinmayee Tyagi from Faridabad. Last month I had applied for a Personal Ln from HDFC (Rajouri, New Delhi, I suppose) thru Money Mantra agent Anjali (contact no. [protected]). All our discussions were thru phone only, a demerit on my part. I agreed for the PL with the following conditions: Amount approved: 675000 rs ROI: 14.8% Processing Fees (PF): 1% of the principal No insurance fees Foreclosure after 12 months: 4% of the remaining principal Anjali sent an agent for signing the docs and collecting cheques. The agent was in drunk state and not in a state to answer my queries when I asked him where are the aforementioned conditions written. Then I called up Anjali for the details and she said "Don't worry Maam. I have discussed the above details with the bank and you will get the PL subject to above conditions." Believing her I signed all the docs. Upon disbursal, I was dumbed to see the huge deductions. Not even a single person, neither from HDFC nor from Money Mantra, called me up before disbursal to confirm me the deductions/charges applied. I had to run from pillar to post to get the details. I called up the HDFC bank customer care to know the details: Amount credited to my account: 649141 rs ROI: 14.9% PF: 2.5% Insurance {this has been refunded back}: 5499 rs Upon registering a complaint at HDFC, Anjali called me up and said that after 2 EMI she will reduce the ROI to 14.5% and will be paying half of the fees amount charged, i.e., 9619 rs [ Rs. 19, 238.00 (PF amount - Rs. 16, 875 @ 2.50% of Rs. 6, 75, 000/- plus service tax - Rs. Rs. 2363/- @ 14% on PF amount)], but after 15 days. She mailed me stating this. Now, Money Mantra is not agreeing to pay the said amount as discussed with Anjali and is denying the fact that none from them had said to refund the half of the amount as discussed with Anjali. I want the extra 1.5% charged by the bank towards PF back to my account. Let Money Mantra or bank refund the money. loan disburshment I had applied for a personal loan in My Money Mantra they din't give me a loan aproval letter as well as they did not discuss about Processing Fees and rate of Intrest. Bharti loss Booked:- 2500 Gati loss booked-3500 adani loss booked-1500 so 3out of 3 Total loss Now yesterday bank of baroda loss booked- 5000 asian Paints loss booked- 13000 Total Rs. 26000 loss booked in just only 2 days left 28 days history you know very well. Hats off to money mantra n need revert from your side asap.

Mymoneymantra and people working within the organization cheated me and are not listening to my complaint also now. they promised to transfer my homeloan to a different bank and a lower interest rate and then took money from me and never got the transfer done and now are not returning the money. Ashutosh Gupta and Sumit Verma are real frauds within the organization and unfortunately no one seniors listens to the consumers and their complaints when the fraud is done.

Can you do something about it ?
