              A request was approved through bhim transaction to jio recharge of ₹409 and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful it was transferred through upi request of [protected]@icici. As i called the jio customer care the told that the payment was declined on their behalf and was not successful.

              The message was
              "your a/c no. [protected] is debited by rs.409.00 on 06/01/2018 and credited to [protected]@icici-indiaideas (Upi ref no[protected]]."

              Transaction time was 11:48am.
              Transaction date was 06/01/2018.

                  My id no 7520895. I have booked one tata sky hd disc on 28.11.17. For the first time i have purchased tata sky disc from my id. At the time of joining in my recharge it was told men that there will be one time rebate of rs 600.00 for purchasing of tatasky disc. But at the time of purchasing the disc i have not get the rebate.                                 My prepaid tata docomo no is [protected] on date 04/08/2017 i checked my no offer is 55 rupes rechage getting 55 tt 30days, same recharge done but i recived masage 55 rupes and validity 5days. I called customer care enqiury about plan she told msg is correct, u recharge done online, online recharge not getting offers (Online recharge not a money)

                                  One agent has convinced me to registered under my recharge pvt. Ltd. I have done so by giving rs 2300/-. She told me that i shall get my id password in my mobile through sms in the same evening but today 8 days has already left but not received id password. She also not receiving calls and the c. Care numbers r not working. I have sent mail to the company's email id but no got any response. Now what should i do to get my money or id password

                                  My register mobile number unuse me mohmmad irfan request please my id passward and new number register [protected] ( old register no. [protected]) my id 8909797
                                  I forgot my pin allocation id please rectify this problem
