The water of rain water in large amount is stay on the opposite the sdmc primary school mithapur village and front of the house of sh. jitesh chawdi's house village mithapur new delhi-44, , so many times i have made complaint to the sdmc official, but no action has been taken till date.
please remove it as early as possible, otherwise i have file writ against the sdmc
Sharman Hospitality customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
These people sold me vouchers worth Rs.8000/0 but to my surprise they denied to acknowledge the voucher at a later stage.

    Subject: Complaint about misrepresentation by making false commitments /assurances / guarantees made by the Company (M/s Sharman Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd.) for selling their products and services to lure/attract innocent public and thereby cheat them.

    I received a call on 16th May, 2016 from M/s Sharman Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., having its Office at E-3/14, DLF Phase-I, Gurgaon-122 002 through its representative
    Ms. Komal (Ph. [protected]). She told me that her Company is associated with a
    5* hotel of repute, named as, ‘Country Inn & suites’ which is a newly launched hotel on Sohna Road, Gurgaon – 122 102. She offered me many lucrative offers regarding the new ‘Country Inn Hotel & Suits’. Finally she offered me Two (2) complementary night stays along with various hotel discount vouchers for a total price of Rs.8, 973/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three Only), which is valid for one year i.e. till 30/05/2017. She assured me that I can use these complementary night stays at any time during this one year by giving a call just two days before.

    Relying exclusively upon her assurances & commitments about their products & services and believing them to be true, I purchased the same by paying the offered price of Rs.8, 973/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three Only) on dated 16/05/2016 through my credit card. After passing few days, I received a membership card of Club Carlson bearing no.[protected] along with some discount vouchers.

    More than seven months have passed after become a member of this hotel, I had tried hard so many times in this span of seven months to use my complementary night stay on my various occasions like, my birth day (19th June), daughter’s birthday (17th November), my marriage anniversary (12th December) and on some holidays plans lastly on 14th January 2017 but unfortunately I never succeeded. Every time when I called in the company as well as Ms. Komal, they told me that the entire hotel is booked for the whole month and I could not use my benefits as promised by M/s Sharman Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd. on my chosen dates within the promised period. After refusal by M/s Sharman and its executive Ms. Komal for 14th January 2017, I directly called the said Country Inn Hotel, whereupon I was told that they have enough availability in the hotel rooms for 14th January 2017 and they always had in the past also on my chosen dates but as per their third party contract with M/s Sharman Hospitality, I have to book my room through M/s Sharman Hospitality only and they cannot entertain me directly. When I asked the hotel executive that I have its membership card as well and having all its discount vouchers with me which were issued by the hotel itself then how can they refuse me to use my benefits under this scheme. They again told me that under that third party contract, they are helpless to book my room under complementary night stay under the scheme prepared by the Country-Inn- Hotel and M/s Sharman Hospitality mutually.

    At last, after I made each & every effort on my part, I felt I got cheated, humiliated and embarrassed by both M/s Sharman Hospitality and hotel Country Inn. Finally I thought that the whole scheme was framed by these two Companies i.e. Sharman Hospitality and hotel Country Inn to lure/attract the innocent people and cheat them to which I felt trap. It is very clear that M/s Sharman Hospitality and the management of hotel Country Inn have entered into a criminal conspiracy to make falls representations to gullible customer by making them very lucrative offers and inducing them to pay large sums of money knowing fully well that they are not going to act upon their representations. They had this intension of cheating since the very first day and never intended to act upon their words. They have thus committed the offence of cheating and are liable to be tried and punished in accordance with law.

      I have bought booking of Country Inn and Suits from Sharman Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd in January 2016. I have not received my permanent card yet. They did not give me any booking. I am trying to book room in Country Inn and Suits for 10 days but every time they make false promises. On 6th January I received a call from Mr. Rohit and he said that they can't book any room in Country Inn and Suits due to non availability. He said that he will confirm the booking in any similar Hotel, I agreed upon that too but he did not confirm the same yet. I did not use even single voucher. Now I fed up making him calls, sending text messages and emails. They did not respond any of these. Now I want my money back. I already wrote them for Refund but did not receive any reply.

        This is with ref to my membership no. [protected], the said membership was through your officer named ms. Rajni [protected] / [protected] and on the recommendations of a friend of mine named parvesh kheterpal, who is your client for past 3-4 years.

        I am very sorry to say, but the services are not upto the mark and there seems to be no co-ordination between the sales and the execution team.

        Please do not feel offended, as it might be possible that i am one of the odd cases and your company otherwise doing very well, and my best wishes for your future endowers.

        The first premise to take this membership was “i require 2 rooms on the same night” as i have 2 kids of 10+ years, however later on i was made to understand that the same could not be accommodated, as you have different terms with club awesome.

        I initially requested in dec 2015 for 23rd january through rajni, but booking could not get confirmed
        I requested last week through reservation desk, they confirmed yesterday 1 room only and redirected to ms. Rajni again

        This is contrary to the initial understanding while taking the membership, even your officer promised that she can even try for 3 rooms at the same night, but now i am feeling cheated like.

        Now

        Option 1: i forgo the money paid to you
        Option 2: i request for a refund
        Option 3: i request for some exchange.

        I request, if you could get me connected to some senior official of your organisation, if deem fit.

          This fraud company . Only cheat people take money & disappear. I have been cheated twice . For which I am going to lodge a police complaint under section 420 of IPC. They received money from my credit card & could not arrange booking in time . every time it is told that booking is full. Which is recorded on whatsapp . Only want payment but dont want to serve.

            This is to report the extremely poor customer service provided by Sharman Hospitality. they have been cheating customers by giving false membership and also looting money from customers .

            I have been sold the membership of Clarens Hotel Gurgaon in the name of " Clarens Elite " on[protected] . The person promised me lots of benefit and provide me membership card and many gift vouchers including complimentry night stay with many more occasion vouchers to reedem at Clarens Hotel Gurgaon and i paisld Rs 8960/- by cash ( reciepts and voucher certificate attached )
            On 9th feb 2016, i wish to make a booking for one room for one night for 20 th April 2016 at Clarens Hotel, i called the phone number provided [protected] for reservation but entire day no one picked my call so i dropped a mail to provided mail id [protected]@sharmanhospitality.com but unfortunately no one replied from there end, Several reminder mails were also sent on 10 th feb 2016 and 11th Feb 2016 .
            Many phone calls were made but at last my phone was picked up on 11th feb 2016 and i was told that my booking has been noted and Sharman Hospitality will inform me when booking will be confirm by hotel but un fortunately no one replied me with confirmation .

            On 15 th feb 2016 i called them again and i was told that they didnt got booking confirmation from the hotel and i was also told that our mentioned email id is not working please send us mail to there another email id i .e [protected]@gmail.com, so i forwarded that request mail to [protected]@gmail.com on 15 th feb 2016 .
            But as expected no confirmation was given to me so, i marked a mail to Reservation Manager Mr Joshua Khazanchi and i was told that they are not getting response from Hotel and they are trying there best and they want 2-3 days more .

            After lots of frustation from service of Sharman Hospitality i called up the Clarens hotel and i got the contact details of Reservation Manager Mr Himanshu, i detailed him every thing and he promise to help me and took my details and membership number .

            But i was SHOCKED to know that my membership was not registered with the hotel, he told me that The Clarens Hotel had not got money ( Membership Fee ) from Sharman Hospitality and i am not updated in there members list

            Sharman Hospitality had cheated with me and i was told that they are changing my membership which is not suitable to me .

            I want to report complaint against Sharman Hospitalitity and Hotel Clarens, they had cheated with me

            I need my full money membership back i.e 8960/- and i also need claim of Rs 10000/- for the harasment

            Big cheaters; we got the membership of Country Inn & Suites, Gurgaon and ever since we have been trying to book a room there, there is no response on email/ phone on the same. They charged the full amount and now not providing services as per the membership they sold

              Hi, I bought the Clarens Elite membership through their partner Sharman hospitality. They provide a package to stay, couple dinners etc at a attractive cost. They oversell the memberships than they demand the can full fill. I bought Clarens Gurgaon membership #3167 in March 2015 and till today they have been not been able to provide room stay for a single day. For current month and next its always sold out. After there after they cannot confirm. They have a team who will never respond, infact they never note your request. Joshua(Mob. [protected]).- Their is no availability. Do what ever you can do. Rohit(Mob. [protected]): We cannot help you Sir. '[protected]@sharmanhospitality.com(MD)- Mail will bounce back. Not a valid ID [protected]@sharmanhospitality.com - Never respond. Meenakshi(Sales)- [protected](Phone is switched OFF) Five days of rigorous follow-up in December 15 and talking to these unprofessionals doesn't help. What you do next: Put on net your experience people so that they are not cheated. Good job Sharman hospitality and Clarens hotel to fool people and enjoy their hard earned money on pretext of membership. Shame on you. = I called again Rohit on 21-Dec-2015 at 12:45 hrs • We are totally sold out for December • January 2016, dates are not yet open • Given dates: Any Saturday in January. • we will get back after 25 Dec =Lets see now= == 26 Dec Rohit not taking calls. SHAMEFULL and PATHETIC.
              A Fraud organization with a bundle of arrogant and dishonest team. dont even attend the calls and make sure the customers gives up the deals due to all the mess created by them.

              HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED...BEWARE .

                This is to report the extremely poor customer service extended by Sharman Hospitality. they have been cheating customers from the very start by making false promises and also looting money from us.

                We had an existing membership with Sharman based on which we were about to visit Pune. At this time Sharman sold me a new membership (for additional cities) on the promise that entire money would be refunded if i was not happy and did not suit me. I had an extremely bad experience as hotel people denied to give already booked/confirmed rooms by Sharman Hospitality.

                A month back they have debited amount through my credit card without my prior approval and permission and till date did not send my membership/voucher kit.

                Please look into and take necessary action against them.

                  A staff of highly unprofessional people. I bought membership of bristol hotel 6 moths back. Failed to recieve even the card after same 50 calls to call center where no one entertains your calls. The relationship manager severes ties once he gets the money.He is just there to make false promises. The company is a total sham in my opinion. Very unprofessional.

                    This is to report that extremely poor customer service extended by Sharman Hospitality. They have been cheating customers from the very start by making false promises and also looting money from us.

                    I have Bristol Club Class Membership thru Sharman Hospitality, I had given various complimentary coupans including two night stays at Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon. Last week on 2nd June 2014, I called Sharman reservations & customer service no [protected] for booking for 13th Jun-14. As per them rooms were available and I asked to book the room. They took my booking and told me that I will be receiving confirmation shortly. After that I was keep on calling customer service, but no response till Sunday 8th June.

                    I was at Bristol Hotel to consume swimming pool complimentary vouchers and I went to Bristol Reservation to check that is there any reservation on my name. I shock to know that no reservation request received by the Hotel on my name from Sharman.

                    On last Monday 9th Jun-14, I received call from [protected] (Ms. Shruti) and she asked that have I consumed all the complimentary vouchers. I sad that I requested for two room bookings for 13th June-14 last week but not received any confirmation yet. She said that she will take booking for two rooms against complimentary vouchers and by evening will send booking confirmation. In last two days I made many calls to Shruti and asked confirmation and everytime she said that within 30mins she will send confirmation. Today she stopped lifting my phone, so I called her from some other no and finally she said that very sorry accommodation is not available on 13th June-14. This statement was quite disheartening because I made my family program according to her commitment. Infact I spoken to Bristol Hotel reservation yesterday, they said that no booking request came on my name as of now and they also confirmed that room are available for booking if, they receive any request from Sharman.

                    Sharman Hospitality must understand meaning of Hospitality before offering such offer to their customer. As per my knowledge Sharman is biggest cheaters and I don't know how many customers they are cheating everyday.

                    In this forum I must say that Sharman Hospitality must refund my membership fee immediately before I proceed to consumer court.

                      I was sold a one year membership for Plazzio hotel through Sharman Hospitality, promising me 2 nights stay vouchers. I have called their reservations desk at least 50 times but no one ever picks up the phone to take a reservation. When I went to the hotel, they said they cannot do anything as Sharman Hospitality was responsible for the memberships. I tried to escalate to their manager but even he does not pick up the phone. Not sure what to do now. My Rs. 11500 seems to have gone down the drain !!

                        I bought Country inn membership from Sharman hospitality worth 7999INR. The selling point was that they were giving me 5 night complimentary stay at their newly opened resorts. Which I can avail with prior booking. I requested for the first two night stay. The booking request was made at the begining of May 2012 Till now I'am waiting for an answer if their has been insufficient response from their end. There is insufficient response on mails sent to [protected]@sharmanhospitality.com, also reservation phone number [protected] is always busy or disconnecting calls.

                        Can you help??

                          I got call from Sharman hospitality stating that, they will offer Country INN package offer for full year in Rs. 7,999.00 with different discount schemes.
                          They asked me my credit number also on the phone, & surprisingly my card was deducted for the said amount without swapping the card.
                          Anyhow, when I received there parcel, the offer was completely false, it was only for 5 locations & many things, which were told over phone, didn't matched the details given in the delivered package. ( only allowed are - Corbett, Sattal, Bhimtal, Mussori, Kosi)

                          1. It was told for all the Country INN locations & over phone to give example, only 4-5 locations were told, in the delivered package, these were only locations allowed, which is false & dishonest marketing technique.

                          2. The coupons which were told on phone - There are many conditions in the delivered package, which were not told over phone, for example:
                          i) Vouchers not vlaid for breakfast ii) No two vouchers can be clubbed in same stay iii) The comp nights not valid at Bhimtal. iv) Noght stay are subject to availability & prior reservation with Sharman office. v) There are many other conditions like - 1 kg. cake is only at Kosi, Sattal & Bhimtal. vi) 3 vouchers for RS 1000 off but on min billing of Rs 2000 & further no 2 Vouchers can be used vii) Accomodation not valid for Bhimtall viii) 2 voucher for 2nd night free, provided the first night is paid at rack rate.
                          => There are many other conditions, which makes almost impossible to use these coupons, benefits at discounted price, as told over phone.

                          3) Sharman hospitality employees are fooling us by saying that - "They are calling from County INN.

                          So, I request to please refund my money of RS. 7,999.00

                          I have a similar experience with this marketing company. As per this tese are minor issues and petty complaints... below is a copy of my mail.

                          Dear Mrs Sharman Thank you for sending me the vouchers which i received today evening.At thw time of giving me this offer i was majorly promised the following as part of the package:1) 2 complimentary night stays2) complimentary bottle of wine3) complimentary cake Upon receiving the vouchers i was surprised and shocked to see the terms and conditions mentioned in the vouchers.One of the complimentary room stays is between April-September only.Cake voucher and wine voucher can only be used when dine with 2 or more people.I do not think it is fair practise to inform the customer of the terms and conditions after the purchase.Moreover the vouchers may not be clubbedas stated in your letter. I would like to request that you relook at these as i do not agree to the same. Look forward to your favourable response. Regards Manish puri
