Dear sir, with due regards i am submitting the saga i faced at my place of posting. I own tvsapache200 about six months old. One morning about three months ago the starter motor stopped cranking, i approached the service assistance and initially they said we will take care then after 15 min. It was informed that the distance of more than 25 km's is not covered a charge of rs.5.00 will be charged beyond that, i agreed to that and waited. But to my astonishment about an hour later i received a call stating that they cannot provide assistance. Though the co. Has a shoroom about 7 km, s from my place of residence.
