I have been complaining the my 11 circle customer care that i accidentally deposited wrong amount. I added 19000 rs instead of 1900 rs and now when i raised the issue without returning the left amount they are closing the complainant by saying my issue is resolved.
I'm continuously telling them my ticket number where they said it will be refunded back to the source from where money got deducted.
Please help as they are sending the same reply again and again that the issue is resolved. Was this information helpful? |
